Walgreens wanted a loyalty program offering easy ways for customers to save money and be rewarded for purchases, services, and healthy behaviors. Since 2012, Epsilon has managed the Balance Rewards process including enabling members to earn rewards electronically and redeem points in real-time at the point-of-sale.

Epsilon PeopleCloud Loyalty supports and routes data for each Balance Rewards member interaction, including online and in-store enrollments, online purchases and activity uploads from devices such as FitBit. We also integrated Web services support and real-time enrollment through multiple channels.
