My role

I lead a global sales team that is responsible for driving revenue growth through long-term new business agreements that combine Epsilon’s industry-leading database marketing services and digital messaging and loyalty engagement platforms. Day in and day out we advise Fortune 1000 companies on how to deepen customer engagement and create business growth through integrated digital and data-driven marketing approaches. 

My story

I’ve spent more than fifteen years leading business-to-business technology sales teams across verticals to success through a consultative selling approach. Prior to joining Epsilon, I led Unica (acquired by IBM), Neolane (acquired by Adobe) and NetProspex (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet) to acquisition. When not on the road meeting with clients and prospects, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family–-preferably outdoors near the mountains skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or mountain biking. 

My philosophy

It all starts with people. Hire the best, brightest most passionate team and implement a respectable process and manage to it, while setting clear goals and expectations. Lead from the front and hold everyone to same level of accountability, while acting as a motivator, teacher and mentor.
