My role

My team helps clients build customer relationships and generate better ROI. I manage a diverse team of client service experts who each specialize in one particular industry. We use all of Epsilon’s solutions to help our clients connect more effectively with their customers. This enables them to build stronger relationships and generate better returns on their marketing spend. I’ve held various roles at Epsilon from Chief Client Officer to now President of the Automotive business, whereby I direct the work of 1,500 teammates Globally and oversee all OEM and Dealer relationships, including the delivery of a broad set of solutions.   

My story

I’ve been an active member of the direct marketing community for more than 20 years. I’ve held a variety of strategic marketing positions on the client side, with Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Bridgestone/Firestone, MCI and Grainger. In 2001, I joined Aspen Marketing as Chief Operating Officer, where I was responsible for managing the entire client service function across all industries, while also directing agency capabilities from strategy and analytics to creative, database and fulfillment. I joined Epsilon in 2011, when it acquired Aspen.

For fun, I like get out and play golf, especially with any of our clients who love golf! It's a great time spent talking about their business.    

My philosophy

I’m a straight shooter and I believe our clients desire full transparency. Client engagements boil down to personal relationships and trust. Our clients trust us to do a job, and, in turn, we must do everything in our power to do it flawlessly. When the occasional challenge arises, I’m a big believer in having a candid discussion with the client as soon as we have the facts. I have a “no surprises” management philosophy.
