As the Chief People Officer, I’m responsible for worldwide strategies around talent, culture and organizational performance.
I lead a global HR team that designs and implements programs to attract, develop and retain the top talent in the industry. Under my leadership, Epsilon has cultivated a performance-based culture that focuses on results for Epsilon and its clients.
Prior to joining Epsilon, I held a series of management roles at Grant Thornton LLP, Ernst & Young LLP and Robert Half International.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Spencer, and my sweet black lab, Gracie. I am a jogger even though I don’t like it that much! I am a total bookworm and old movie fan. A perfect day off for me is reading all day outside or if the weather is bad, watching an old movie or HGTV marathon. I am addicted to getting acupuncture. It is life changing. I also have a pretty serious shoe collection.
These are things I always say to my team: We will do what we say we will, on time. We will always take the high road and be a shining example of doing the right thing, by acting with integrity at all times. And finally, when all else fails, be gracious!
