My role

I lead strategy for revenue generation across our entire digital media business, including teams spanning sales, client development and business development. As data-driven marketing continues to transform the entire marketing function, allowing brands to connect to people across all devices in seamless, ongoing conversation, I lead Conversant’s strategy for capitalizing on resulting opportunities. I help our teams meet the true promise of harnessing big data and technology to drive real one-to-one personalized marketing for higher marketing returns and customer satisfaction.    

My story

I grew up in classic CPG marketing and sales roles, spending six years at General Mills learning how big companies and brands work. From there, I spent 18 years at Catalina, one of the first companies to connect massive, granular data sets to personalized one-to-one media. I worked my way through the organization to become executive vice president of US Media. As EVP, I pioneered the development of data-driven insights to architect business strategies and drove sustained revenue growth culminating in the sale of the company. I was also responsible for leading the company’s new customer acquisition effortsintegrating a mobile acquisition into Catalina’s core business and launching the first CPG data-driven display product, which led me to Conversant.    

My philosophy

I also love to build culture. I believe in creating an environment of accountability—winning the right way while working hard and playing harder. We should always strive for excellence, but take the time to enjoy the journey and infuse it with fun.
