My Role
As Chief Talent Officer, I lead a global HR team that creates a workplace where associates can thrive and drive our company and clients’ business growth. I play an active role in driving cultural, organizational, and human capital initiatives to create a clear competitive advantage for the company. I am passionate about designing new talent strategies to address changing workforce needs and capabilities in the short and long term.
My story
I joined Epsilon in 2008 and have been designing HR strategies to respond to the company’s rapid growth ever since. I’ve played a central role in progressing our HR practices, evolving our employee value proposition, and enabling the growth of our global workforce. As a result, Epsilon continues to gain accolades for innovation, diversity and being a great place to work.
Prior to Epsilon, I gained a solid foundation in HR best practices through my various roles at American Airlines, Sabre, and Travelocity. My time in the travel industry taught me the power of teamwork and a shared purpose, and it solidified my love of travel, foreign languages, and new experiences.
I am happiest when planning a new trip, reading a good book, learning something new about the world, or spending time with my husband, my kids, and my extended family.
