My role

I’m responsible for agency business operations and driving client growth at Epsilon. I am fortunate to lead Epsilon’s agency business, including a world-class creative team, a client-centric account management team and some of the smartest strategy people in the business. I help the world’s biggest brands reach their business goals by fusing data, big creative ideas and technology to engage with customers in the moments that matter most.    

My story

I have two decades of global agency and brand experience launching new markets, leading integrated teams and delivering consistent business growth. I joined Epsilon in 2012 as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth, focused primarily on connecting Epsilon’s proprietary assets and innovative tools to the traditional creative function agencies fulfill. Previously, I was founding partner at TimeZoneOne, an agency that started in New Zealand and grew to have offices in London and Chicago.

Being a Kiwi (slang for New Zealander), I grew up loving the outdoors, especially surfing. However, living in Chicago, my surfing is now restricted to teaching my two kids how to surf while on family vacations. I am also very happy to teach any rugby fans the All Blacks haka.    

My philosophy

In order to succeed in today’s marketing landscape, you must have the team and processes for taking the complicatedsuch as big dataand simplifying it into actionable marketing campaigns that drive client growth.   

My qualifications

Bachelor of Marketing and Commerce, Lincoln University, New Zealand
