My role

I oversee the industry leader in affiliate marketing. CJ Affiliate, powered by Conversant and Epsilon’s best-in-class data capabilities, is redefining affiliate marketing. We reach hundreds of millions of consumers shopping online through our affiliate network. I set strategy and direction, model company culture, build and lead the executive team, prioritize resources and deliver company performance.    

My story

Before joining CJ Affiliate, I served as President and CEO of Affinnova. Under my leadership, we grew the company from a startup to a global market research technology leader that was acquired by Nielsen in 2014. Prior to Affinnova, I served as President of Imagitas, a life-event marketing services company, where I doubled total revenue, leading to the company’s acquisition by Pitney Bowes in 2005.

Previously, I was SVP of Sales at Catalina Marketing, responsible for one-third of company revenue. Before beginning my career in marketing services and technology, I worked in brand management at Drypers and GlaxoSmithKline, with a focus on product development. I was also a successful bagel shop proprietor in New York City.

In my free time, I play basketball, golf and spend time with my wife, Denise, and four wonderful children, Jordan, Lee, Paris and Winston.
