DALLAS, TX – September 14, 2015 – Epsilon, the global leader in creating connections between people and brands, today announced that Matt Fearin has joined as Chief Information Security Officer, reporting to Bryan Kennedy, Chief Executive of Epsilon/Conversant.
As Chief Information Security Officer, Matt will have enterprise-wide responsibility for information security and compliance, including policy, procedures and guidelines for Epsilon and its affiliates. Matt will also have overall responsibility for security risk management functions and will drive the direction of the information security architecture. He will manage the ongoing execution of applications, data protection, voice and data communications systems as well as all information security systems monitoring, analysis, detection and incident response processes.

Matt brings to Epsilon over two decades of experience and a diverse background in Product Development, IT Risk Management and Information Security at Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Chase and, most recently, Capital One, where he was the Divisional Information Security Officer in the Auto Lending, Mortgage and Lending Service business. In this role, he led the overall information security program including information security research and development, engineering, cyber intelligence and technical compliance functions.
