(Nasdaq: VCLK) announced that it will release its first quarter 2006 financial results on Monday, May 8, 2006 at approximately 4:05 p.m. ET. At 4:30 p.m. ET, chairman and chief executive officer James Zarley and chief administrative officer Sam Paisley will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company's results.
