That is why we are proud to be named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Customer Database and Engagement Agencies, Q1 2021. The report helps marketers assess partners by evaluating each company’s identity resolution, data enrichment capabilities, data practices (including privacy and security), and approach to first-party data management.  

Epsilon received the highest ranking in the Current Offering category. We also received the highest score possible in 20 of the evaluation’s 29 criteria, including customer engagement strategy, identity resolution, 2nd-party data capabilities, privacy expertise and thought leadership.
